This line card is specially designed for baitboats where shuffling takes place on board. The line is pulled in on a large reel through the cutter, where the fish is automatically released and the line continues through a brush system that cleans all bait residue from the line. then the line continues to the line pulley which leads the line to the line sheave from where it then goes to the reel, usually through a conductor.

The latest version of the brush system is four ring brushes that are driven by glusa motors and are speed controlled. They are designed to remove even the toughest bait residue. It is easy to open the gap between the brushes and clean if needed. This technology was developed based on customer demand and has been well received.
